Dr Rod Nixon is a political and social scientist with special interests in research for development, human rights and democracy, land and natural resource governance, customary land tenure systems and land administration, rural development (inc. agricultural & agribusiness development) in subsistence and post-conflict contexts, sustainability/standards schemes, non-state justice and dispute resolution approaches (inc. gender aspects), sustainable public administration approaches in low-resource contexts (inc. health logistics), political-economy analysis, social research, monitoring & evaluation and impact assessment. Professional experience in West Africa and throughout Asia and the Pacific.
