I hold an MPhil in Development Economics and have over 25 years technical and executive experience in various economic sectors in Namibia and the Southern African Region. I have a strong track record in economic research and programming for development, including trade and industrial development, economic and business transformation, programme execution, and impact investing across public and private sector portfolios. The transformation space is where I make valuable impacts. I have extensive experience in the state-owned enterprise sector, payment-for-results in donor support delivery, and performance management - all guided by ESG. My strength lies in a pragmatic, benchmarked, fact-driven and effective approach to short- and longer-term assignments. I have exposure to multiple international donor agencies, have participated in high-level stakeholder engagements, and have led interdisciplinary consulting teams. I am an effective leader and an equally dedicated team player.
