Erica Bustinza, M.S., has over 14 years of project management, access to finance and financial inclusion experience. She recently served as Chief of Party and Project Director for multi-million dollar USAID-funded implementations focused on digital payments and use of technology to enhance development outcomes. Ms. Bustinza has facilitated private sector partnerships with host country governments to increase effectiveness of payment systems and reach civil servants in remote and rural areas. In her current role, she is a Project Director based in Washington D.C. who oversees a portfolio of FHI 360 projects and business development efforts globally. Her regional expertise is primarily in West Africa and she has additionally worked throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
