Ms. Henao is an Industrial Engineer with MSc degree in environmental sciences. Currently country director in Colombia for Pact Inc. and Project director for a USDOL funded project for women empowerment in agriculture (cut flowers and sugar cane) previously director of another UDSDOL funded project for the reduction of child labor in Colombia. She has been M&E director for a USAID Capacity Building program in Afghanistan, and Acting Chief of Party (COP) in November 2016, January and March 2017, previously Programming and Planning Officer, Livelihood Expert, Rural Development Expert and Gender and Environmental Coordination, with 20 years of international development/nonprofit work experience. During the last eight years as country director she has overseen the implementation of a diverse portfolio developing relations with the public sector at the national and local levels, as well as partner NGOs, and private stakeholders. At te same time she has overseen the country office operations.
