• Wide and deep experiences in providing strategic advice to Government, Development Partners and other stakeholders in designing and maintaining large-based reform of administrative procedures and managerial processes.

• Knows well how to establish efficient and effective coordination mechanisms, enabling systems, institutions and individuals to establish new ways of communicating, thereby enabling mainstreaming and synergy of large undertakings (like coordinating efforts of many Ministries).

• Strong record in building a Team and take the lead of that team, coaching the Experts and managing the inputs of each single Team Member, thereby ensuring that such contributions are well embedded in an overall framework, designed to address the objectives of the undertaking and ensures that quality in outputs are high and objectives are met.

• Have tried out many innovative approaches to capacity development, aimed for changing ways of thinking and in doing matters. Knows well how to communicate results in ways that make people understand the messages but also be supporters of such (developing of ownership).

Very used to report in EU formats and make sure that reporting is on track and that stakeholders feel that the Project is moving in the right direction and fulfilling against its objectives. Can produce information and documentation of results, motivating stakeholders to do a special effort in achieving targets and goals. Can make presentations and give speeches that captures the imagination of the audience and make them feel that the reform effort is not only on track, but in fact is an undertaking that is worth their while!
