More than twenty years of experience in managing portfolio and high value projects in the development sector, specifically in the area of strengthening the civil society networks and platforms, human rights and governance, resilience and prevention of gender-based violence and women's economic empowerment. Passionate to work for the most marginalised to achieve the positive changes in their life. Her understanding of development issues and the modalities of scaling programs and influencing approaches are extensive. She is an accomplished leader in managing several large and complex projects in different context, her positions include program/thematic lead, deputy chief of party position, portfolio manager and consortium management. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT * Led and managed high valued institutional donor funded market-system based projects (2022-2023) * Led and managed a large number of CSO's network to promote the rights and entitlement of minority population and workers' rights in Bangladesh (2019-2022) * Successfully managed Urban Programme portfolio of Plan International Bangladesh and mobilise resources to uphold the programme (2017-2018). * Successfully completed USAID's Protecting Human Rights Project - a six-years $12.7 million budgeted project as Field Implementation Manager and Deputy Chief of Party (2012- 2017) * Designed and successfully implemented more than 20 projects funded by institutional donors i.e. USAID, European Union, British High Commission, UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank Institute, AusAID, SIDA, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Nordic Climate Fund and others. (2004-2012)
