• Master of Science in International Policy and Comparative Development and Diploma in Rural Engineering • Written and oral fluency in Portuguese, English, French and good command of Spanish. • Wide knowledge of socio-economic and political context issues of many countries' developmental potential, challenges and constraints. • Good inter-personality skills in facilitating consensus building within teams of diverse stakeholders • Excellent skills in synthesizing concepts and lessons learned while drafting reports and ToRs • Regular usage of MS Office, Access, Zoom, Skype, Video-conference, and web-based data search.
