I am knowledgeable of the requirements and regulations of donor-funded programs (USAID/IDB/WB/EU) with regard to program operations, including grant making and sub-contracting. I developed PMPs, results chain, baselines to track targets, outputs, outcomes and evaluate results for payments. I established institutional and performance framework, PMPs, baseline studies and situational analysis for effective evaluation and performance review. In addition to his M&E work on the USAID SSQH, USAID KATA and CLEARS programs, while with Chemonics in 2010, I monitored the grants and sub-contract process for the USAID-funded Watershed Initiative for National Natural Environmental Resources (WINNER) program which was an RBF project. While working for Justice et Paix International from 2004-2007, I was responsible for training and M&E for the Bati lape (Peace building) program funded by the EU and Caritas.
