I am an experienced food security and livelihood specialist with more than 20 years professional experience in formulating, designing, planning and implementing food security and livelihood programs in normal and emergency contexts in 8 countries in southern, central and western Africa, as National Representative, Regional Adviser and International Consultant for major international organizations such as CRS, USAID/FEWS NET, WFP and UNHCR. Extensive experience and competencies in strategy development, food security and livelihood analysis and reporting, early warning systems, need assessment, program monitoring and evaluation with a focus on livelihood, markets and trade. Record in maintaining local and regional networks and training partners in the areas of food security, livelihood assessments and monitoring, data colllection, analysis and reporting, socio econmic and market assessments.
