Registered Senior Pharmacist and Logistician with more than 18 years’ experience in public health programming and successful project implementation, hospital pharmacy operations and management in challenging and high pressure environments. Experience working for a large USAID funded NGO with over 160 staff. Familiarity with multiple developing country contexts working alongside Ministry of Health including in Zambia, Namibia and Botswana. Proven skills in various aspects of program design, implementation and management, including strategic planning, annual country operational plan (COP) development, partner coordination, program monitoring and evaluation, staff recruitment and supervision and health commodities supply chain systems strengthening. Experience working with USAID and DOD contracts. More than 7 years supply chain experience working with the Zambia Defense Force and DOD Zambia. Strong verbal and communication skills including in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
