I am a dedicated Public Health Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Specialist with over 20 years of impactful experience with world-leading organizations like the United Nations Organizations, Public Health Agencies, Universities, and international Non-Governmental Organizations. My journey has been enriched by collaborations with Ministries of Health and Women’s Affairs, and partnerships that span continents, from Africa, the Middle East & North Africa to the Caribbean and Canada. I have had the unique privilege of living in France, Canada, Guadeloupe, Trinidad and Tobago, Ghana, Sint Maarten, the Bahamas, the US, and now Greece, giving me a rich perspective on the diverse communities I serve. My work often intersects with vulnerable and marginalized groups, focusing on creating supportive environments for accessing healthcare and addressing stigma, HIV prevention & care. My work aligns with broader goals of public health advocacy, addressing discrimination, and empowering vulnerable populations to navigate health and social challenges. I am motivated by a commitment to developing impactful, data-driven solutions that improve health outcomes and advance social equity. I am skilled in every phase of project management—from designing project, developing work plans and budgets to executing MERL systems that ensure accountability, transparency, and sustainable results. With expertise across areas like STI and HIV/AIDS, Gender-Based Violence, Sexual Health and Reproductive Rights, and advocating for marginalized groups' rights, I have specialized in multi-method research and participatory evaluation approaches. I am highly skilled in selecting the most appropriate methodologies, designing robust data collection tools, and leading capacity-building and training initiatives to build local expertise and ensure data quality. My end-to-end project management expertise reflects a unique blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and an ability to inspire collaboration.
