Summary

Dr. Glass is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) leader with over 15 years of experience designing MEL systems for global projects and portfolios. He has led third-party monitoring in challenging environments like Sudan, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan and directed performance and impact evaluations for multilateral and national donors across multiple countries, including Syria, Jordan, Kenya, and China. With expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, Dr. Glass excels in leading teams to adapt tailored approaches to diverse community contexts. He has managed projects valued at approximately $750 million, supervised teams across multiple countries, and delivered over 50 training sessions for clients such as the UN, World Bank Group, USAID, and various NGOs. A skilled relationship builder, Dr. Glass works effectively with internal teams, clients, local governments, and program stakeholders. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Research of Sustainable Development, an MSc in Analytical Processes, and has authored over 20 program evaluations, 15 assessments, and 10 peer-reviewed studies.
