I have a PhD in Information and Knowledge Management with more than 25 years of teaching, research and consulting experiences in information and knowledge management; computer-based information systems development and management; information laws and policies; human information interaction/behavior; scholarly communication and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) of education, agriculture, information, ICT and rural development projects, systems, and products. My work experience is mainly in English-speaking countries of Africa.
