1. Team Leader and Social Security Expert with extensive work experience in the public sector and social security sector reform in over 20 countries. 2. Currently Team Leader (TL) in Lebanon on EU Funded Program for a Unified Register for Social Protection for Lebanon. 3. Over the 7 years to end of 2022 in Greece, I was TL, EC/SRSS/DG Reform Funded Project, for OPEKA Reform (Welfare Program and improvements in welfare services delivery), e-EFKA Creation & Reform with capacity building, restructuring/development to support the integration and consolidation of 8 social insurance funds and the creation of one Single Agency for Social Insurance (e-EFKA) in Greece. In 2019 helped with the integration of ETEAEP, Supplementary Pension Fund and Lump Sums and the Public Service Pensions into e-EFKA. Was TL for EU Funded Project 2018/2019 to help AADE, the Tax Administration, and e-EFKA prepare for the unified collection of Social Security Contributions and Personal Income Tax with common ID and Central Registry approaches. During this time in Greece we also provided proposals for Digitalisation, direct support for Good Governance, Public Procurement, modern Asset Management, preparation for ISO standards, and support for GDPR implementation and compliance. 4. Have worked in over 20 different countries for social sector and public administration reform for mainly EU funded projects. 5. Early career of 28 years as a Junior, Mid and Senior Manager/Civil Servant in the Irish Social Welfare system and participated in implementing many PAR programs.
