I have 34 years experience in social services in the UK at all levels, practical, academic and managerial, and 15 years as social policy expert, team leader and project manager working in eastern Europe, Russia, Georgia, central Asian states and the Indian sub-continent, for donors including World Bank,UNICEF,EU, DFID - such as introducing new social services system in Moldova. I have particular knowledge base of participatory methods and pro-poor interventions. Since returning to north London full time, in 2014, I have helped lead developments on deepening public engagement with health and and local authorities, on co-production, and serve on boards of Public Voice, Haringey Circle and chair the Older Peoples Reference Group
