I am a chartered certificated accountant, experienced Project and Team Leader, and international audit and technical assistance consultant. I offer a unique combination of over 39 years’ in-depth experience post-qualification, in compliance and financial audit, evaluating internal controls, internal audit assessment, and SAI strategic planning. Through my many years of experience working in SAIs, including in Lesotho, India and Mongolia, I have experience of auditing financial statements and operations in a range of public sector entities. This is in addition to the work he has carried in supporting SAIs to deliver quality Annual Reports. I have worked with some countries in setting up their audit methodologies on to an electronic audit package such as Team mate. I have also applied and held a number of courses on the application of CAATS, such as IDEA.
