Ms. Hameline Chimuka has over 17 years’ experience in the field of finance and administration and human resources management. Her experience has been gained predominantly while working in the development/NGO world in Southern, Western and Eastern Africa. Her expertise lies in management and development of operational strategies for finance and administration and human resources departments as well as financial management. Ms. Chimuka served on and reported to Boards of Trustees, Management Boards and Executive Committees with the various organizations she has worked for over the years. She has experience supervising up to 26 staff at a time and managing budgets of up to US $118,000,000.
