Harriet Ahokpossi

Harriet holds an Executive Diploma in Gender and Rural Development from the Geneva Graduate Institute, an MSC in Project Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, and a bachelor's degree in management with Computing from Regent University of Science and Technology in Accra, Ghana. Harriet is a seasoned bilingual executive with two decades of expertise in global and environmental health. Her extensive experience spans various international development organizations, including UNHCR, USAID, UNFPA, UNAIDS, CUSO International, OneWorld UK, VIAMO Inc., and Mercy Corps, where she demonstrated excellence in program and project management. She has served as Associated Consultant for several mid and end of project evaluations with organisations such as Policy Impact Lab, Blomeyer and Sanz, Transparency International in various countries. Harriet's leadership skills encompass the integration of performance information for decision-making, compliance guidance, and the development of Performance Management Plans (PMPs) and Monitoring & Evaluation Plans. She possesses strong budget planning and reporting skills, along with proficiency in research, analysis, and writing. Harriet has valuable experience in designing, managing, and supervising evaluations across diverse sectors.
