As a Project Manager with over 12 years of experience, I am qualified in bidding and negotiation, project development, quality control and permitting, procurement, billing, reporting, and contract/subcontract management. Much my time was in the developing countries like Afghanistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. I spent four years with USAID/Afghanistan managing a portfolio of over $120M of investments in rural and urban water and sanitation contracts and cooperative agreements, coordinating and communicating with the government, implementing partners, and other sector stakeholders (donors and non-governmental organizations). Five years of progressively experience of working with the USAID Bureaus for Global Health and Economic Growth, Education and Environment(E3). I am fluent in spoken and written English, Dari, Farsi, and Pashto. I am learning Hindi and Urdu.
