As the DDI Program Officer, I am responsible for strategic planning and budget planning and monitoring for the Hub. I manage multi-year budgets for multiple initiatives and provide leadership with the data needed to make informed decisions. I liaise with other offices and stakeholders in most tasks requiring coordination between the different entities of the Bureau to provide aggregated information to the DDI Front Office. I also coordinate other efforts such as the portfolio review process and pipeline reporting. As the COR for the institutional support contract, I ensure that the staffing needs of the Office are met.
