- Over 20 years of leadership, management and technical direction experience including four years of experience as Chief of Party and 14 years as Adviser/ Project Leader with Danida. - Aquaculture and fisheries specialist, with experience in coastal and inland fisheries and aquaculture, value chain development and climate change adaptation. - Experience working with the private sector in public-private partnerships for climate change adaptation in Vietnam and Bangladesh. - Extensive experience in sustainable rural development, extension, applied research and institutional strengthening related to fisheries and aquaculture - Experience with personnel and financial management and with the development of training and extension programs on fisheries and aquaculture including gender awareness and nutrition. - Proven networker between projects and organizations to achieve synergy for increased impact.
