Humayoon Iqbal has been doing master in evaluation at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern in Germany and is a methodologist with a strong M&E background. So far, he has led/contributed to over 32 evaluations in different sectors including but not limited to Health, Education, Agriculture, Business, Disaster Risk Reduction, Livelihood and Resilient. He has designed, managed and written reports of evaluations, analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data using Atlas.ti and SPSS software. In order to make sure that the data collected for the evaluation is of utmost quality, he has set quality assurance measures and done the quality control. He has designed data collection tools in Kobo, ODK, SurveyCTO and Google forms. He has established M&E systems for different donor funded projects such as USAID, CIDA, DfID, ADB and US Department of State. He has assessed the M&E systems and quality of the data of 36 USAID implementing partners.
