Over 15 years of experience in positions of leadership, program management and coordination, eight (8) of those as Chief of Party in USAID funded projects, successfully implementing a total of 16 million dollars in federal funds. More than 25 years overall professional experience working for government, NGOs and academia. Areas of technical expertise include integrated water resources and watershed management; ecosystem-based adaptation; climate resilience; drinking water and sanitation; solid waste management; environmental policy and regulations; municipal and environmental governance; land-use planning; solid waste management and project management. Soft skills include leadership, team development and consolidation, communication, stakeholder engagement, private sector engagement, donor relations, process facilitation and conflict negotiation.
