With over 8 years progressive experience in Financial management and administration, auditing, grants management, human resource management and team building, risk analysis and management, accounting system development and assessments, Internal control systems set up, budget preparations and monitoring, strategic planning, with strong accounting background coupled with having a good working knowledge of financial accounting software’s, a solid understanding of USAID Rules & Regulations, Sub Award Management, Procurement planning & execution. My goal is to build and enhance the element of professionalism in the quality of service delivery related services and project management through my multi-disciplinary skills.
