• Over eighteen years of technical and managerial experience in climate and disaster resilience. • Experienced in project and programme management, proposal development, resource mobilization and reporting. • Experience in working in South Asia (India, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka), South-East Asia (Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Philippines) and China. • Extensive experience of working with governments, United Nations agencies, multilateral financial institutions (MFIs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
