I excel at evidence-based program design and using data for decision making. My 20 years of experience includes work on gender equality and women’s economic empowerment; HIV care, prevention, and mitigation; and livelihoods, food security, and inclusive economic growth. Motivated by the complex needs of vulnerable populations, I am adept at working across sectors to deploy socio-economic interventions to achieve a range of sustained outcomes on wellbeing and resilience.
