Jennifer Hill has more than 15 years of international development experience in roles focused on integrating learning and ensuring quality in design and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). She brings expertise in assessing individual and organizational capacity in design and M&E processes, developing and delivering training in critical skills, and facilitating workshops in a variety of international contexts. Her program development experience includes needs assessment; technical design; and design of MEL frameworks for sectors such as food security and livelihoods, health and nutrition, democracy and governance, and humanitarian response. Her research experience includes user-centered design and program evaluation. She has completed short-term assignments in more than 15 countries and served in long-term posts in Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Jordan, and Russia. Ms. Hill received her Master’s in Development Management from the School of International Service at American University.
