Senior director with over 20 years of experience focused on training, management, and building local capacity. Broad experience overseeing vendor and partner-led data collection, including survey design and implementation. Has designed and implemented, including all MEL components, multiple grants from a variety of funders in amounts ranging from $300,000 to $2.3 million. Has worked (both short-term and long-term) in Iraq, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Kuwait, Nigeria, Qatar, Mozambique, Yemen, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Vietnam, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
