Over twenty-five years experience in public health (TB/HIV, COVID-19, MCH, family planning, safe water and malaria) in 22 countries. Technical expertise includes MERL, CLA, program and performance framework design and development, evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning, organizational and health systems strengthening, program and grant management, SBCC and social marketing. Have led or participated in more than ten USAID evaluations alongside numerous assessments and evaluations for other donors and implementing agencies, including PEPFAR, CDC, Global Fund and various UN agencies. Master’s degree in public health, fluent in Portuguese.
