John is a highly accomplished project leader/technical consultant in the areas of public finance and management (PFM) change leadership and change management monitoring/evaluation & learning (MEL) and integrity-based corruption prevention initiatives. He was a manager and project leader with two top-tier US management consulting companies. He served for four years as a senior official in Massachusetts (USA) State Government as Director of Local Government Affairs. He is an excellent strategist, writer, trainer and analyst.
