● International development consultant, with 27 years' experience in climate change and forestry from projects and programmes for a diverse client base, including: o 12 years on international development projects and programmes for government agencies, multilateral development banks and international organisations, including projects for UK's Department for International Development (DFID, now FCDO), Denmark's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Danida, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, World Bank, UNDP and UNEP; o 10 years on UK-based climate change projects for large companies in forestry, agriculture, food, waste, water, property, energy and infrastructure sectors; ● In-country experience from regular missions to Indonesia from 2014-19, Kenya and Ethiopia from 2012-14, Solomon Islands from 1996-2001, Belize and Mexico from 1995-97; and in-country postings to Sri Lanka from 1994-95 and Libya from 1990-91. ● Senior manager on programmes in Indonesia from 2014-19, including: Multi- Stakeholder Forest Management Programme (MFP3) and Green Economic Growth in Papua Programme for DFID; Sustainable Forest and Biodiversity Management in Borneo for Asian Development Bank.
