I have master degree in Community Economic Development from the Open University of Tanzania (2019). I have an Advanced Diploma (Equivalent to Bachelor Degree) in Community Development "Participatory Project Planning and Management" from Community Development Training Institute (CDTI) in 2007. I also have several certificates of WASH, Climate Change, Community Development, Solid Waste Management, M&E, R&D, report and documentation, etc. I have work experience of 15 years, excellent skills and experience in project planning and management; communication interpersonal skills; blue economy; climate change, data collection, data analysis & reporting writing, workshops organizations and facilitation; M&E, R&D, curriculum development& capacity building, WASH projects, multilateral donor funded projects (BMZ, GIZ, ICLEI, World bank UNEP and GIZ), presentations in local and international conference in community development projects, and leadership.
