•Experience as team leader of large, multinational civil engineering and highway projects •Experience in procurement and construction supervision of large highway projects, in design of highways and tunnels •Familiar with ADB, EBRD, and WB procurement practices. •Fluent in English, Russian, German, and Swedish languages •Good communications skills •Experience as university lecturer in civil engineering. •Familiar with modern word processing and other office procedures
