I have more than 22 years of professional work experience in the field of construction project management and monitoring, supervision and quality control. I have experience with different infrastructural components, such as shelters for war-affected populations and construction/rehabilitation of war-affected buildings, building shelters after natural disasters, installation of production tube well, including pump house, construction supervision of treatment plant, constructing hydraulic structures, rehabilitation and reconstruction of embankments and channels, municipal and urban roads, community center and apartment buildings, etc. I worked as a Shelter Expert /Civil Engineer for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Abkhazia, Georgia, and Bulgaria. I also have experience of working in different projects funded by respectable donor agencies, such as WB, ADB,EU,IDB
