 Strategy, Policy and Governance : More than twenty years experience of strategy development, advise and execution of to achieve organizational objectives and development outcomes in Development Finance Institution, Public and Private Sector.  Decentralization and Spatial Development: Knowledge of national and , local economic development, capacity building, and legislation and currently serving as a Member Municipal Planning Tribunal Appeals Authority and previously as Chairperson of Municipal Demarcation Board.  Programme Management and Partnerships: Managed Partnership Programmes and Special Funds including Labour Job Creation Trust Fund and NER Electrification Fund  Monitoring and Evaluation: Established and led an independent evaluation Unit that introduced of results based management culture and system, reduced significantly evaluation gap and improved accountability of the development bank to its stakeholders.  High Level Stakeholder Management and Relations: Acted as counterpart and interlocutor with International financial institutions and multi-lateral development banks including, World Bank, African Development Bank and Alliance Francaise de Developpment (AFD) and managed related media relations.
