Over 20 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) in international development, humanitarian assistance, health, and social-behavioral change, including: all aspects of the USAID program cycle, theory of change and logic model facilitation and mentoring, MEL plans, indicator development, data quality assessments, and reporting; mixed methods evaluations, needs assessments, rapid assessments, implementation research, and social network analysis; experimental and quasi-experimental evaluation design, survey sampling, questionnaire design, data collection, statistical and epidemiological analysis (SAS, R, EpiInfo), and qualitative data analysis; and initial environmental examinations and monitoring plans. International work includes field-based positions in Sierra Leone, Guinea-Conakry, Mali, Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Sudan, Rwanda, Malawi, Botswana, and various countries in Eurasia, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
