Results-oriented monitoring and evaluation professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in working with cross-cultural teams, capacity building, training and mentoring monitoring, and evaluation and project staff and setting up monitoring and evaluation systems. As a Senior MEAL professional, I have led the development of the MEAL framework in the design of successful multi-million, multi-sector (agriculture, health, nutrition, wash, sanitation, and hygiene) for both emergency and development proposals, their project start-up, implementation, and close-out. As the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, I managed and trained monitoring and evaluation (M&E) assistants, worked with a multi-sectoral team, developed, disseminated, and implemented M&E standards, processes, and policies for the team. In the last 18 years, I have provided MEAL technical lead in the form of design and implementation for awards over $185 million.
