Dr Lia Tavadze has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior manager and adviser, working across broad multi-sector responses in international health and development, strengthening national core systems and rights-cantered instruments, focusing on Health Policy and Systems, RMNCAH, emerging threats to Public Health, HIV, Gender, and Human Rights. Dr. Tavadze is a Georgian national, she holds an MD from the Tbilisi State Medical University in Georgia, and has received post-graduate specialty diploma in reproductive health and population policy, also mid-career academic course in Health Care Law, and progressive job-related training in various aspects of programme management, international development, organisational change, and advanced facilitation skills, also, community engagement, gender and human rights.
