It is no secret that we spend the majority of our adult lives in the workplace. I have always had a passion for improving the employee experience so we can all develop ourselves professionally and personally to live the best life possible. Within the field of organizational psychology, I have had evolving experience in organizational development, training design and implementation, leadership effectiveness, talent development, and diversity and inclusion. My skills include soft skill building, public speaking, attention to detail, problem solving, and effective communication. I also have demonstrated abilities in leading diverse individuals and maintaining cross-cultural sensitivity. My strengths include learning and development, building interpersonal relationships, and coaching and mentoring.
