I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain and moved to Texas in 2002. After graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BBA in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, I returned to Madrid to pursue an MBA at IE Business School, which has been consistently ranked as one of the top three business schools in Europe by The Financial Times. While at IE, I had the opportunity to work closely with students from over 40 countries. This experience expanded my cross-cultural knowledge, which I believe to be crucial and essential to succeed in today's business setting.

After graduating from IE Business School in 2012, I was offered a job with Overlap Consultores, S.A., an international management and strategy-consulting firm based in Madrid. I consider this a major achievement, as the unemployment rate in Spain for my age group was greater than 50% at that time. As a Junior Consultant, I assisted in developing and delivering training programs for Overlap clients, and traveled frequently to the Mexico City office where I collaborated on various projects for several weeks at a time. In addition, I was chosen to work as a program administrator on a project with British Petroleum (BP), where, due to the nature of the project, I worked directly with many elements of change management on a global scale. My experience also includes creating the management and sales model for Unitronics, a well established IT firm in Spain, as well as creating an in-depth market analysis which will be used to open the first Overlap office in the United States. These experiences greatly increased my understanding of the company, its products, and the management-consulting industry.

I am currently employed at Texas Select Group, LLC (TSG) serving as their Business Development Manager stationed in Madrid, Spain. In this role I am responsible for detecting and actively pursuing new sales leads and clients for the companies we represent. Additionally, I conduct analysis to determine the best plan of action to engage potential clients.

I speak and write both English and Spanish fluently. I am open to all travel opportunities and I am willing to relocate as needed.
