• 27 years of experience in working in transition countries on the Rule of Law, anti-corruption, legislative development and governance matters. • Total of 25 years of professional working experience in more than 25 countries, including senior positions with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), European Commission, US Department of State (DOS),Transnational Crime and Corruption Center (TraCCC), George Mason University, Arlington, Virginia / US Department of Justice, UNDP, UNICEF, Council of Europe, OECD, World Bank and other international organizations. • Proven experience in supporting legal and anti-corruption reforms and consultancy work with independent anti-corruption agencies, law enforcements and judiciary in the CEE and Western Balkans (Bulgaria, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Croatia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, B&H and Albania), NIS and Central Asia (Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Armenia, Mongolia, Azerbaijan), Latin America (Brazil, Argentina), Asia Pacific (Vietnam) and Middle East and North Africa(Jordan, Qatar, Libya, Egypt): drafting of anti-corruption laws and amendments to relevant legislative pieces, conducting trainings and ToTs, UNCAC (UN Convention against Corruption) compliance reports, etc • Proven experience in working in the EU candidate states/EaP countries and excellent knowledge of the EU acquis. Authorship of a pioneer work on the analyses of cross-cutting issues in the EU standards (acquis chapters 23, 24)
