I am an Economist with a Master's degree in Projects for Development, an International Certificate on Monitoring and Evaluation, and an Evaluation Practicum Certificate awarded by USAID. I have 18 continuous years of experience working on the Monitoring and Evaluation of projects and programs. I have worked for USAID/Bolivia, USAID/Colombia, and several international NGOs such as Verite, Plan International, Global Communities, Partners for Development, European Commission, and others. I am fluent in English and Spanish also I can speak and read French at an intermediate level.
