I am a university graduate in Social Sciences (Population Studies/Demography) with 22 years’ experience in research, monitoring and evaluation of development programs. I have professional experience in Universities, United States Government (USG) funding agencies (CDC & USAID), local and international NGOs funded through the South African government, DFID, the Government of Netherlands, the Government of Sweden and EU. In South Africa, I have worked closely with the Departments of Health, Social Development, Performance Monitoring & Evaluation, Trade, Industry and Competition (DTIC). I have also worked in regional multi-country projects in the East & Southern Africa region. I have primarily worked with health, social development, trade and investment projects. I occasionally conduct consultancy work on monitoring & evaluation and data analytics through my consultancy company, Global Analytics. I am proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Epi Info, NVivo, SQL, R Programming, DHIS, Tier.net, CBIMS, GIS, DIS and USG PEPFAR’s DATIM systems. I am also a team player, strategic thinker, goal-oriented, analytical, pay attention to detail and have a strong aptitude for numbers.
