M. Bernard Koissy, Jr. is a banking and finance professional with over 18 years of experience in fund management, microfinance lending and capacity building, commercial banking and SME lending, and international development consulting. He was Enclude Ltd's resident advisor to three Tunisian commercial banks under the Tunisian Credit Guarantee Fund (TCGF) financed by OPIC. He also served as The Pragma Corp's financial sector support outreach expert as part of the USAD-financed Business Reform and Competitiveness Project (BRCP) in Tunisia. He previously worked as the company's SME banking specialist on the USAID's Tunisia ITC Competitiveness Project. Mr. Koissy graduated from the credit training program of Branch, Banking & Trust Corporation (BB&T Bank), where he was a commercial loan officer from 2001 to 2003. Prior to BB&T, he was active in international development consulting and corporate finance in Africa, and executed several business and privatization transactions. Mr. Koissy graduated from the premier executive program in bank management and leadership offered by the ABA's Stonier Graduate School of Banking in collaboration with the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds both an M.S. in Finance degree and a B.B.A. from the George Washington University in Washington DC. He is fluent in English and French.
