- Extensive experience in designing and managing multi-foci projects involving social service delivery, governance and democratic participation.
- Familiarity with the operational procedures of main donors and development agencies including USAID, EU, GTZ and CIDA.
- Extensive experience in capacity building programs for civil society organizations, local governments and informal community groups.
- Worked with multiple groups and subsectors: human rights, education, women, youth, disabled, local councillors, civic participation bodies, electoral bodies, micro-projects, and aid distribution networks.
