I bring over 10 years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, external relations, business development, program development, donor liaison, reporting, advocacy, communications, and capacity-building. My academic background in Economics and Development Studies, combined with my diverse experience across international organizations, including the World Bank Group and the UN, as well as local, national, and INGOs such as Oxfam and Plan International, spanning Amman, Dhaka, New Delhi, and New York, equip me to navigate complex challenges and solutions related to partnerships and resource mobilization across emergency, humanitarian, and long-term development programming. In my most recent role, I headed the UN Women Partnerships and Advocacy unit in Jordan, managing diverse partnerships for financial and strategic support with a strong focus on gender equality, women's empowerment, humanitarian action, peace and security, economic empowerment, and political participation. Throughout my career, I have driven partnerships and mobilized resources to advance health, education, private sector development, disaster risk management, child protection, youth leadership, skills development, economic justice, gender justice, and humanitarian response. I am passionate about building and driving partnerships for innovative multi-stakeholder initiatives, with an emphasis on donor relations through data-driven constituent relationship management and the strategic enhancement and personalization of the donor experience. My skills and expertise leverage blended finance, artificial intelligence and technology-driven RM solutions, as well as philanthropic and private sector engagement (foundations, high-net-worth individuals, crowdfunding, digital campaigns, etc.), towards strengthened triangular cooperation and collaboration within the humanitarian, development, and peace nexus.
