Mariya Chetyrkina (She / Her)

Mariya Chetyrkina serves as the Managing Director of Devex Talent Solutions, where she leads a dynamic global enterprise and a team of accomplished recruitment and search professionals. In this role, she spearheads executive search and other recruitment services tailored for the global development community. With over two decades of leadership experience, Mariya has excelled in diverse sectors including corporate, government, non-profit, and development. Prior to her role at Devex, she played a pivotal role in supporting Accenture’s workforce of over 700,000 employees through Global Employee Experience transformation initiatives. Additionally, she led talent transformation strategy projects for Accenture’s clients and provided strategic human capital consulting services to Accenture’s federal clients. Mariya has held notable leadership positions throughout her career, including Director of Programs for the SHRM Foundation, serving the world’s largest HR professional society, and Senior Project Director for the prestigious Fulbright Program, the flagship education initiative of the United States government. Mariya’s professional qualifications include PMP certification and SHRM People Manager Qualified status. Her extensive international exposure, with work, residence, and travel experiences spanning more than 30 countries, has made her an adept cross-cultural communicator. A fervent advocate for talent, people, leadership, and strategy, Mariya is dedicated to fostering innovation in order to shape the workplaces of tomorrow. She is a native Russian speaker and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University.
