Bilingual (French and English) global development, conflict zone stabilization, and program/project management professional with 13+ years of frontline experience in management, analysis, leadership, and problem-solving with the United Nations System and others. Extensive experience in information analysis and coordination of security and risk management processes in fragile/post-conflict states. Serve as Country Coordinator and Program Manager with a successful management of complex peacebuilding projects and associated portfolios. I have coordinated and implemented stabilization projects that contributed to the restoration of peace and security within the United Nations Peace-building Framework in the Central Africa Great Lakes Region (CAGLR) and in Liberia where I currently hold the position of Program Manager/Country Coordinator. Contributed to the restoration of state authority and peacebuilding in conflict-affected areas, including the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the CAGLR, and the Republic of Liberia. Successfully co-managed together with the United Nations Agency for Migration (IOM) and UN Stabilization Mission for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) the implementation of UN Resolution 1952/2010 on conflict zones stabilization and security analysis of illegal trafficking in person and of natural resources in the Eastern DRC and the CAGLR.
