I am an accomplished programme management specialist with a bias to Monitoring and evaluation. I have technical expertise in development of Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation systems, including Research, reporting and Humanitarian Accountability; design and development of humanitarian, transitional and development programs, with natural disaster and conflict-affected populations, including those in displacement (Refugees and IDPs); and Demonstrated results in using qualitative and quantitative approaches of program assessments and evaluations. I have proven record of innovation and leadership of teams, in addition to mentorship. I have excellent analytical, conceptual and planning skills, with focus on results; with effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and easily adaptive to changing institutional needs and cultural dynamics. I am a problem solver with good judgement, reliable and perform well in my assignments, upholding professionalism and quality deliverables, and a team player with my fellow staff and other partners with the aim of meeting the programme goals.
