With over two decades of experience across 25+ African countries, I am a highly adaptable and results-driven Public Health Consultant specialising in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Research, Health Economics, and Strategy. My expertise — underpinned by a PhD and MPH in Public Health, and a medical degree — spans HIV, adolescent health, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, immunisation, nutrition, WASH, pharmacovigilance, social protection, health emergencies, and health systems strengthening (HSS). I have worked with leading global and regional institutions including Gavi, Global Fund, WHO, UNAIDS, UNICEF, USAID, Africa CDC, UNFPA, Wellcome Trust, Oxford Policy Management Ltd, and Dexis Consulting Group, supporting programme design, implementation, evaluation, and strategic decision-making. My consultancy focuses on economic evaluation (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, fiscal space), investment case development, baseline, midline, endline and real-time evaluations, and secondary data analysis (DHS, PHIA, routine data). I leverage a range of tools and platforms — including Excel, Power BI, Stata, R, NVivo, KoboToolbox, SurveyMonkey, and TreeAge — to deliver timely, high-quality outputs tailored to diverse client needs. In addition to technical delivery, I bring strength in programme management, budgeting, proposal development, knowledge management, literature reviews, peer-reviewed publication, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
